For airport and airport-related businesses (Fixed Base Operators and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul facilities) Meaghan acts as outside general counsel preparing and negotiating the full range of operating contracts including hangar/use agreements, aircraft service agreements, fuel supply and aircraft repair contracts.

Meaghan also advises businesses and high-net-worth clients on aircraft transactions and aviation regulatory matters involving the purchase, sale, management, leasing and financing of new and used business aircraft, as well as the acquisition of aircraft interests in fractional ownership programs. Meaghan's aviation regulatory practice includes assisting commercial air carriers with obtaining U.S. Department of Transportation licensing authority.
