Greg is a trusted and innovative commercial, legal advisor with over 30 years of experience solving problems and making new business ideas a reality for clients.  He has a multinational law practice in the private aircraft industry, representing owners, buyers, sellers, financiers and operators in the acquisition, sale, finance and use of corporate and commercial aircraft, and regulatory compliance before the US FAA and DOT. 
 

Greg also maintains a regional commercial law practice (Mid-Atlantic, US) representing very high net worth individuals, small and mid-sized businesses in all transactional legal matters including director fiduciary duties, business formation, succession planning, finance, acquisitions, and technology licensing and transfer.
