OUR TEAM

We have a fast boat.

Bring your oar and your work ethic.

HCH Legal was founded and built by and for self-reliant lawyer-entrepreneurs who know what they want in a legal career, and know their clients' needs.

PARTNER (MEMBER) CANDIDATES:

  • Do you have a reputation and credentials that draw clients to you and inspire confidence?

  • Are your clients sophisticated businesses and/or high net worth individuals?

  • Are you comfortable relying on yourself to build a client base, service that client base, and create your own income?

  • Is the traditional law firm model forcing you to operate in ways that you know are not best for you, your practice or your clients?

HCH Legal incents and rewards its Members by allowing them to retain a high percentage of the fees that they generate from their client base (often double what a traditional firm will pay).  Partners control the client relationship, billing, alternative fee arrangements, and collections.

OF COUNSEL/SENIOR COUNSEL CANDIDATES:

  • Would you benefit from associating with a law firm as an enhancement or supplement to your other professional pursuits?

  • Do you have the ability to generate and manage legal work, and do you need an efficient platform capable of servicing that work and generating revenue for you?

HCH Legal is based in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic Region but has a cloud-based network and communications infrastructure designed to seamlessly support attorneys anywhere.
