HCH Legal acted as lead outside counsel to BBA Aviation plc supporting the combination of BBA's U.S. charter operations with those of Gama Aviation, LLC. The resulting, combined operation is among the largest charter fleets in the U.S.
HCH Legal acted as transaction counsel as well as regulatory counsel in support of the combination which was motivated in part by the need to restructure charter operations (acquired in BBA's acquisition of Landmark Aviation in 2015) to comply with U.S. citizenship requirements.
