HCH Legal takes on the FCC on behalf of Latina Broadcasters of Daytona Beach

HCH Legal's litigator and problem-solver David Wachen takes on the Federal Communications Commission on behalf of Latina Broadcasters of Daytona Beach. The FCC shocked many by excluding Latina Broadcasters of Daytona Beach from an upcoming spectrum auction process. HCH is pursuing remedies before the FCC and in Federal Circuit Court.
