HCH Legal welcome's its newest attorney, Meaghan Molinini, continuing the firm's growth in the aviation law sector. Meaghan advises businesses and high-net-worth clients on aircraft transactions and aviation regulatory matters involving the purchase, sale, management, leasing, financing and operation of new and used business aircraft, as well as the acquisition of interests in fractional ownership programs. Meaghan also represents air carriers on enforcement and licensing issues before the U.S. Department of Transportation. Meaghan previously practiced with Crowell & Moring in the District of Columbia.
